After thorough analysis and the creation of a comprehensive scope document, all web design, web development, mobile application development, software development, search engine optimization, digital marketing, hosting services, and website maintenance are carried out and accepted, removing any chance of project cancellation, reversal, or dispute.
A refund would not be possible for the work that has already been assigned to us because both Brand Shine Info Solutions and the customer are aware that work is required to complete each module and reach each project milestone.
Custom design projects and the aforementioned services need payments from the client, which are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled or delayed, Brand Shine Info Solutions retains all fees paid; however, if additional work is required, the customer is responsible for paying a price for the additional work.
It is never appropriate or lawful to request a chargeback or file a PayPal dispute for a legitimate charge made by us, and doing so is fraud. Before making a payment, kindly read and make sure you comprehend our refund policy.
We are willing to collaborate with you, and as soon as your agreement is received, we move on and provide your work in progress. The money you have already paid is therefore not refundable if you decide to change your mind after confirmation. There is no provision for any form of return because we contact with our customers, try to address all of their questions, and only begin work after getting their consent. We made it quite clear that the money paid is not refundable under any circumstances.
